Frequently Asked Questions

  • All sales are final once shipped, and we don't accept exchanges or returns. We are happy to replace any damaged product if you message us at wendigo.workshop.hr@gmail.com with your your name and a picture of your damaged order.

    We use Canada Post for our shipping. When available, a tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your order is shipped. We currently only offer Standard Delivery (usually 3-5 days, up to 12 weeks for international orders).

    Free shipping is available on orders of 200$ and up in Canada. If you live in another country and wish to discuss free shipping depending on your order, you can message us!

  • You can contact us using the "Contact Us" section. Our familiars will make sure that your message reaches us and we will reach out to you as fast as possible. You can otherwise send a message to us directly at wendigo.workshop.hr@gmail.com.

  • Yes! It is possible for you to have your products (physical or digital) featured in our shop.

  • Yes! We do ship anywhere in the world! The following countries are, however, not available: BELARUS, HAITI, IRAN, ISRAEL, KOREA NORTH DEM REP, LIBYA, RUSSIA, SOMALIA, SUDAN, SYRIA, WEST BANK AND GAZA STRIP, YEMEN

    We use Canada Post as a postal service, and a tracking number is always given to you following your item's leaving our house (if available).

    The customer (you) are responsible for all VAT, taxes, or clearance charges. Customer (you) is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.

  • Yes you can! We have special prices for hobby stores that would like to acquire our games.

    Contact us through the “Contact Us” section or directly via our e-mail (wendigo.workshop.hr@gmail.com) for all relevant information. If you wish to know more about our games, you can pick up our Game Catalog for free in our store.

  • Yes! If you bought the game in a retail store, send us an e-mail through the “Contact Us” section with your receipt. We will send you a code for you to claim on DTRPG or ItchIO.

  • No AI of any sort is used in our projects, and we never plan to do so. All of our games are illustrated by real, human artists.

    GenAI has a massive environmental impact, it is only able to vomit soulless, stolen work, and is used as a tool for fascist propaganda. We are firmly against the use of this technology in the creative community.

  • Yes! It is possible to collaborate with us on writing, translation (FR), editing, design, printing, distributing, fulfillment, or publishing projects. You may contact us by using the "Contact Us" section or by sending an e-mail directly at wendigo.workshop.hr@gmail.com.

  • While we are not always hiring for future or current projects, you may still send us your portfolio! Use the "Contact Us" section or send an e-mail to wendigo.workshop.hr@gmail.com.

    Make sure you write what you feel most comfortable doing (fantasy, sci-fi, environments, characters, etc).

  • If you wish to schedule an interview with us or use our games in an actual play, contact us using the "Contact Us" section. You can otherwise send a message to us directly at wendigo.workshop.hr@gmail.com.

    If you wish to use our games in an actual play, we can send you a free copy!

  • While we are not rich, we are committed to giving parts (currently 3%) of our Patreon proceeds to two local non-profits that do really good work with LGBTIQIA2S+ and First Nation communities: Gris Québec and Native Friendship Centre.

    If you are a school or youth centre who would like to acquire our games, send us a message with your information and we will be happy to send you free digital copies (physical copies can currently only be shipped in Canada).
