Shipping and Returns
All sales are final once shipped, and we don't accept exchanges or returns. We are happy to replace any damaged product if you message us at wendigo.workshop.hr@gmail.com with your order number, your name, and your tracking number.

We use Canada Post for our shipping. When available, a tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your order is shipped. We currently only offer Standard Delivery (usually 3-5 days, up to 12 weeks for international orders).
International Shipping
The customer (you) are responsible for all VAT, taxes, or clearance charges. Customer (you) is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders of 250$ and up in the Canada and the US. If you live in another country and wish to discuss free shipping depending on your order, you can message us at wendigo.workshop.hr@gmail.com
Digital Products
Most digital products are given to you directly through our shop. If you do not receive the aforementioned digital download within the normal delays (within a maximum of 24 hours), please contact us at wendigo.workshop.hr@gmail.com.
